My husband and I were looking to get a larger patio done in our back yard from our back door to our pool. John came out to look at what we wanted, which was a plain cement patio. In talking with John he showed us pictures of what is called stamped and stained concrete. We loved it!! We decided to go with his idea and did a stamped, stained patio and even added a matching apron around our garage and also a sidewalk going to our gate in the back yard. It turned out beautiful!!!! He came out and started the job on time. Total time was about a week and a half due to digging all the black dirt out by hand. It was 15 yards of stamped concrete. They were very professional and prompt. I would definitely call Above and Beyond Concrete again for any other jobs I will have. OUTSTANDING service and price!!!

Had hired a company from criegs list to repair my driveway& front stair. After giving them 1/2 upfront and watching them stand around fumbling for 3 hours and leaving the 1st day of the repair after a short 5 hour day, I realized I made a mistake. Weeks later my drive and stair were still not finished. I had a friend reccomend johnny and said he was the best in the business. I called and set up a meeting to discuss finishing my nightmare. His bid came in a little higher then what I wanted to pay but he assured me I was in good hands and promised to meet an agreed deadline.. So I took a chance and hired him on. Like agreed he finished the day of the deadline and his work was amazing. He put in 14-16 hours a day to ensure he made me happy and was always polite and professional. I was so impressed I actually hired him to do some custom bullnose landscaping around my front trees and a patio. He stamped and stained the concrete to match my house. 2 years later it still looks as good as the first day it was finished. Love his work and will never use another company for any concrete needs.

John was very helpful from start to finish. He asked what needed to be done, answered questions and gave his professional advice when asked. He was here on time and worked very hard during the entire process. John and the crew were very respectful and did a wonderful job on the concrete! The job was completed in a very timely manner and it looks Amazing! If we have any other projects to be done, we would call John for sure. Above & Beyond Concrete LLC did an exposed aggregate patio for us this summer and we really love the work that was done.. The guys took their time and explained to us what was going happen and how long the process would take.. it looks great. I would recommend this company to anyone that needed concrete work done

What types of customers have you worked with?
Most all of our work comes from home owners that are looking to give their yards a one of a kind look . Typically stamped concrete or colored concrete are our main jobs but we also pour plain concrete driveways, sidewalks, steps exposed aggregate and acid staining.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It defiantly helps to know what kind of look you are trying to achieve with concrete. Approximate size also helps. If pouring concrete in back yard it helps to know if it is bobcat excessable or if everything has to be dug by hand as it will affect the price. Make sure when getting a quote , you know what is all covered in it. Ask QUESTIONS!!
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish people understood the hard work that goes in to finishing a nice concrete slab . Its back breaking work , and if your getting it done cheap ,remember you get what you pay for.
