Hired on Thumbtack

Guaman Construction did an excellent job installing an exterior cellar door at my residence. Sergio provided all the information I needed to make decisions and completed the work ontime and in a professional manner. I would recommend Sergio to any homeowner seeking reliable service.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

replacing and repairing doors and windows. GCHS also does a lot of flooring (ceramic tile and laminate), remodeling (kitchen and bath), and roofing. Typically, customers contact GCHS for small jobs (replacing locks, windows, etc) and then end up coming back to us again and again because of outstanding workmanship and quality.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

ask for references and don't be afraid to ask specifics about the job you want done. A reliable handyman who really knows what he/she is doing should be able to answer any questions about the work--including information about products/materials being used and why the work is being done the way that it is. Also don't be afraid to get quotes from several different sources. The more you "do your homework," the better your chances of quality repairs.
