Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure you are comfortable with the contractor. Ask questions to ensure the contractor is knowledgeable about the task and experience levels. Lastly, make sure all your questions are answered. Do not feel pressured. Take your time.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. In my trade, prevention goes a long way. Maintenance is also strongly encouraged. I would encourange products that do not eat away at their varnish or laquers. Alot of time, a damp cloth is all your need.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love meeting new people. I get to make people feel good about a bad situation. I normally get to repair their furniture after someone else has damaged. Taking the time to understand the customer needs and repairing back to their original lustre.
