Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I encourage customers to get multiple bids, even though it might lose me business. However, I encourage the customer to not disclose what the bids are between the contractors. If they do so, the second or third contractor will very likely be cheaper, but never cheaper by more than 10%. They still might not be a good fit.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Drywall is the number one trade customers would never do themselves

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Many can offer one facet of a home service. Our team will leave you surprised at the level of service you'll receive

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love working with people who are passionate about their shelter. I can only help to help them achieve their goals

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. What do you think we should do here???

I give two good examples, and then, ahhh, let's do it!!

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I wish customers would know a good vibe when they see or hear one. Often, customers get into unfortunate situations when a breakdown in communication happens. This can be avoided up front in most cases

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. You will need a lot of tools, and about 5 years on the job training to even make an attempt. After that, you need to love what you do. If a job you do at home only frustrates you, this is not your field
