Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Usually a client may want something simple such as a website however, after discussion we can find that we can come up with an affordable solution that provides.. web design, logo creation, and business cards/flyers..even T Shirts to help promote our clients brand.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. What are your expectations for your company within the next three years? If this can be answered we will develop a package that is guaranteed to surpass your expectations from a branding aspect as well as your back office.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If I were a customer I would ask questions in regards to social media trends, analytic statistics, and most importantly the security of my business. Disaster recovery planning and risk management are key to your business staying afloat while others falter.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. How can you assist my business ..what are the new trends in graphic and social media aspect to help increase or sustain my client base?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Where they would like to see their business for over 5 years out.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We provide the best solution for our clients not the most expensive features. We always provide directions and if we have previous clients that can assist we will refer them to assist as well

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Starting with a client who has somewhat vague or small perceptions of their business..and submitting their credentials to our social media branch, and mailing list..and run comparison reports to see that our clients have had a flood of positive response to their services and branding processes. We always tell our clients we do not build for failure

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. HOW MUCH? That's usually the first question given... there's still a mystique that having a web site can be expensive. We usually steer a person away from that question and focus on what they would like to have. We take in everything and discuss the best options and why.. and we're always cost efficient. We'd prefer a constant stream of mid range cost referrals in comparison to a large pay day on one client without any referrals.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That projecting a good image for your business over the web etc doesn't require allot of money.. it requires contacting the right individuals.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. In 2003 I started off filming mixed martial arts events, editing the video, and uploading the content to their site within hours of the event. Over time the referrals increased as well as the client base.. we have clients on both coast, Canada, Trinidad, and even France.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We've worked with a client based out of Paris/France and he needed a site before he started a tour throughout Europe.. we configured our phones to match with his timezone to have real time chat sessions to convey his message. In the end he has a clean site and has referred other individuals to us.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Recently we have incorporated more security features...we can create sites for days. However, can we assist or alert our clients on ways to secure their data, hardware, and their site. The answer is yes we have a certified ethical hacker on staff, that is versed in disaster recovery, cybercrime, and risk management. Therefore, we can consult you on the best practice to stay secure

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. We've implemented some Android and web based project management tools to and workflow processes to help streamline our site turnaround time in which allows us to pass along the savings. Time is money when providing web and branding work.. but it's more beneficial if both parties are looking to conserve time.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. The most current project we're working with involves creating a website for an up and coming music group in France. The thing we like most about this is that this client is someone we worked on a site for over 2 years ago on a prior site.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. Our pricing isn't complex from the client side however, the design and implementation for out clients uses the latest project and task management software that allows our clients projects to be assembled rather quickly. Considered, everything is role based and staggered..

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Stay fresh ..constantly look for new trends. Find items on your subject that you find awe inspiring and perhaps try them to more or less see if you can do it. You'd be amazed at the results.. quitting is habit forming because it's easy to do. My staff doesn't quit and we don't care for working with individuals that have project failure.

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. Ability to add additional functions to a client and set adequate projections that even our clients may not have thought about. If I find something interesting after a contract is complete and it's beneficial to their business I do not hesitate to pass along the information.
