- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At VantagePoint Marketing, our pricing is literally down to the minute. This allows us to work with budgets of any size, timeframes of any deadline, and marketing goals of any magnitude. Many website design companies will fit your website design request into one of their preset packages or templates, never really showing the amount of time, design, or development you’re paying for. We’ll ask a few quick questions and within a short conversation you’ll know what to expect with your website design from your local Anoka website designer. We start with your budget. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a conversation. Let's get the basics out on the table and see if we're a right fit for each other. In most cases, we can provide a rough estimate for your project right over the phone. Your initial consultation is where we dive a little deeper. We discuss your plan, answer your questions, dig for answers to our questions, and set the steps in motion toward your goals. This is the time we talk about your priorities, your timeline, and your budget, getting all of the details out on the table. Armed with insight into your goals, the team dives into research and planning regarding the details of your project. We take a look at each of your requests and strategize a plan to make them happen within your budget and timeframe. Your custom project estimate will be sent to you via email for your review and approval. We take a small deposit to begin the project, and after that, we simply bill every 30-days for the amount of work completed. No longterm contracts. No cancellation fees.
