A. Know your audience, who you're targeting, identify your competition, so can stand out in your field. Collect business cards, web site address that you like/dislike to give visual information for the process.

A. The more feedback we get as designers the better the outcome will be. Communicate what you think isn't working and then let us find the solution.

A. What is you hourly rate. Will you provide an estimate. Can I see your portfolio? so you know you're hiring a competent designer.
