I reached out Kevin after bringing my first child home to help adjust the water temperature. He was very quick at responding and not only adjusted it, but also showed us how to do it. A while after that, I was gifted a small maple tree and reached out to Kevin again to see if he could plant it. He was very helpful in doing so and provided me a lot of helpful information in caring for the tree post planting it. I will definitely be calling Kevin for future home needs!
