We offer 5% discount on room remodels over $1000.
*Ceilings include texturizing, knock-down, flat, and orange-peel, ceiling tiles, drop ceiling, wood ceilings.
*Insulation includes attic, walls, ceilings and floors (fiberglass/cellulose/rigid).
*Framing includes room additions, partition walls, crown moldings, chair moldings, baseboard and shoe moldings, wainscoting, door framing and installation.
*Demolition includes kitchens, garages, porches, bathrooms, etc.
*Clean up after storm damage of water, debris, etc.
*Flooring includes wood, ceramic and linoleum.
*Electric heated floors on bathrooms, kitchens, work rooms, etc.
*Drywall includes install, mud, tape, repair water leak and damage to ceiling, wall, basement, garage, ceiling texture and/ or re-texture, drywall repairs, moisture barrier trim carpentry of all kinds.
*Steps include hand rails and guard rails, steps, stringer support and stair framing and support
*Shelves includes install shelving, bookcase, racks, and wine shelves.
*Exhaust fans in bathroom, kitchen, dryer, exhaust fans to exterior.
*Doors and windows includes install, repair, adjust any type of interior or exterior doors and screen doors, door lock sets and hinges, window install and repair, window trim.
*Wood floor installation includes tongue and grove, oak, maple, fir, etc.
*Plumbing includes shower doors install, install and repair toilets (running toilets/ballcocks, etc.), vanities and towel racks, grab bars for elderly or infirm, kitchen and bathroom faucet replacement and drain lines (“p”) trap, etc. Copper water lines and pvc or abs waste.
*Heating includes heat and vent adjustment, install ducts (supply and return).
*Electrical includes outlet replacement (proper grounding and polarity), light fixture and fan installations, install GFCI outlets in kitchen and bathrooms, garage wiring for openers, lights and outlets.
*Closets include bi-fold doors and pocket doors, closet racks, track alignment, closet organizers, install shelving closet and storage system.

Pre-Closing Punch List
A Pre-Closing Punch List is an itemized account (list) of what items must be corrected in a home to get it into the condition agreed upon in a contract before closing. Typically, a home buyer will walk through a home and make a list of those items he or she wants corrected before closing.

At Inside/Outside Handyman & Remodeling Services™ we will correct, repair or replace those items that, under contract, must be completed before a specified closing date. These items may be anything from a leaky faucet to a new deck. We pride ourselves on our ability to meet your deadlines.

Insurance

We will also work with insurance companies to repair or replace damage to homes from wind, rains, snow, vandalism, fire, etc.
