FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As much as possible! There is so much new research and information about wellness that it is tough to keep up. I am always reading and chatting with others to see what is the latest and how it has or hasn't worked. I have my own philosophy, but it is important to hear all perspectives and theories.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Two things: I had a hip injury that forced me to eat and exercise differently to maintain my weight. This was challenging on many levels and I think we all go through periods in life where we need support. Secondly, practicing ergonomics in the corporate environment for many years and helping people work without pain increased my desire to help people in all areas of life and wellness.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Corporate workshops, group cleanses, 1 on 1 coaching sessions and ergonomic evaluations.
