I am a classically-trained homeopath, a certified rolfer, and structural integrationist. I have been in the healing arts for over 13 years, and have a thriving practice in South Minneapolis.

In addition to rolfing, I have also studied and incorporate cranio-sacral therapy and visceral manipulation.

I can be found in the beautiful Shenandoah Wellness Center near the corner of 48th and Chicago Avenue South.

A. Rolfing is best done in a 10 session protocol. Each session builds on the previous, easing the body and eliminating pain and discomfort.

Homeopathy starts with a 2 hour intake, so that I can get the clearest picture of your total symptom picture - it is individualized care.
