No show, no call. Poor customer service.
In early 2014 I purchased a cleaning session through Amazon local deals, and it took four points of contact to even get the cleaning scheduled. Day of the cleaning the arrival time came and went, no phone call, just a straight up no show.
I Called and emailed several times, still no contact from the business about rescheduling - which at this point I doubt that I would want to risk taking off another morning from work to do.
Super disappointed, as every other Amazon deal I have purchased has been great.
