We create a plan for every client since every client has different needs. We are a smaller company and our reputation is very important to us so we take our time and get it done the right way. The client relationship is very important to us and we go the extra mile to show we care. I really enjoy the interaction with clients and getting to know them and what they want done. I find great satisfaction in making people happy and completing the service they requested beyond their expectations. Also, I'm a very organized person so I enjoy cleaning cause I know that there is nothing better than coming home to a nice, clean and wonderful smelling home. After doing this job for so long I really appreciate the relationships and connections that have been built between me and my clients. I also enjoy the flexibility of the schedule and the workout I get while cleaning.

Our family owns a Fourplex and one of our tenants moved out and didnt clean at all. We decided to hire a cleaning service this time. I found Sara & Jenny on this site and they came out here and gave me the estimate and began working that following Mon. WOW! They worked SO hard and the apt looked great! They put in 3 full days and had it shining! The oven and refrigerator sparkle~ so do the floors! They saved us a lot of time because it would have taken us 2 weeks or more to do what they did in 3 days. I am definitely planning on using their service again, considering having them clean the hallways occasionally and help w the basement. Thank you Jenny and Krystal! I enjoyed having you 2 here!

After canceling and rescheduling our original appointment for an estimate, Jenny never showed up to our next one or bothered to returned my phone call. This was unprofessional, not to mention inconsiderate, when someone makes an effort to be home in order to accommodate your schedule.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There is a couple pieces of advice I have to offer to someone looking to hire a cleaning service. First it really is important that you meet the person or people that are going to complete your service and I can't stress how important this can be especially if you are hiring on a continual basis. When you meet the person or people go with your gut feeling because your intuition is the best prediction of what you will be getting. If it seems to good to be true it probably is and ask lots of questions so that way you know your expectations are being met. Hire the person or people you are most comfortable with and the ones who explain in detail what they do.
