Florence Osiegbu has cleaned house for me for many years. It is a good working relationship, as I am completely satisfied with every aspect of Blessed Home, including price and excellence of cleaning every week. Without Florence, our house would not be as happy a place as it is.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Don't jump into signing a contract. Use the Company on a trial basis first to see if you get along. During the trial period, pay attention to the quality of their work. If you are not impressed the first time, most likely, you won't be impressed later. Also pay attention on their arrival time. Do you have open communication? Meaning, do they show up when they say they would? Or do you have to call to find out if they are coming? This is stressful. You don't need that. Detach yourself very quickly before you loose your peace of mind. And lastly, learn as much information about the company's operating policies to be sure you can abide by them on a long term.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. To do a little bit of the housecleaning work each day so things doesn't get piled up and out of hand. Daily spruce-ups help the homeowner save money on cleaning cost. Also, homeowners could do parts of the cleaning that they enjoy doing and then hire a cleaning service provider to do parts that they dread. These tips will help homeowners save money, live a cleaner, healthier and happier lifestyle.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We are detail orientated cleaning Company. We do impressive/breathtaken work. We are trustworthy, efficient and very reliable. We enjoy meeting customer's needs and hearing how amazed and pleased they are with our work. Customers expressions of how amazed they are with our work has been the driving force that has helped us continued to provide DETAIL cleaning service. Customers demand quality and detail work and this is exactly what Blessed Home Cleaning is all about.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The fact that when we come into some job sites, the environment, oftentimes, chaotic and helpless. But when we are done with the job, there's a sense of order, peace and reverence. This gives me lots of satisfaction and accomplisment.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Where did you learn to clean so well? Answer: From my father. My father is a freak when it comes to cleanliness. My father has zero tolerance for dirt. He's a Minister and believes that cleanliness is a Godly living. Everything around my dad must sparkle or else forget it; he would have nothing to do with it until it's cleaned and sanitized. I am just like my dad. I like things cleaned, sanitized and organized.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I did not decide to get in this line of work on my own. God decided this profession for me. I was minding my own business, doing my own thing, when God called me to start a cleaning business so I can be a blessing to people in need of employment and also meet the need of His children who are in need of exceptional service and detail cleaning.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. I will let the person know that Professional Cleaning is not the same as cleaning for yourself. When people pay you money to do a job, they expect quality work and professional service. Therefore, you must be a well-grounded service provider, a hardworker, excellent communicator and trustworthy. Lazy & sluggish people cannot make it successfully in this field. You must also enjoy cleaning and be passionate at serving others.
