I have been cleaning home in and around the Twin Cities since 2002. I have commercial and residential clients. I charge by the job not by the hour. I supply all cleaning products and have a small staff. I keep it small, better attention to detail and always see same faces in your home.

All I need is for you to give me your square footage, number of bed rooms, baths, levels, carpet or wood floors.

I do give out referral fees, as you refer a person to me. I will also give you a 75% discount on your 5th regular scheduled cleaning if you start with me.

    I have used Chris and his staff since 2006 when I owned a home in Apple Valley. Since then, I have moved into a smaller apartment in a highrise DownTown. I trust Chris, I have referred him to others, and he does a great job. He even folds the toilet paper like they do in a hotel, which makes me feel extra pampered! He has even offered some decorating ideas when I was redo'ing my decor. He comes every two weeks, is timely, reasonably priced, and I never have to worry about cleaning! Oh, and he's funny. :)

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. make sure you sit down and figure out your finances before making this obligation. Although by hiring me you will save yourself abt 16-20 hrs per month of cleaning that you can enjoy doing other things with your family or enjoy your free time

A. They should always have the square footage of their home and number of bed rooms and bath rooms and also number of levels. Pets?

A. I am a vey small co. I pay special attention to detail. I do dishes and make beds at no cost to client and have 9 years exp..

A. I work for myself. Being able to make a family happy when they get home from a long day at work and they come home to a clean home

A. Do I have different employees working at certain clients homes. You always see the same faces.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. One day I hired my own housekeeper and I decided I could do this and start a business

A. For the most part I charge by the job not hourly, in some cases I have to chg by the hour. Usually 25.00-40.00
