- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
• We start with a free, one hour consultation so that you can learn more about the process, ‘meet’ me, and I can make the best recommendation to meet your needs and goals! • Some clients prefer primarily hypnosis sessions, others prefer primarily coaching sessions. Some clients want both. We’ll determine, together, what might be the best mix for you to reach your goals. • Each session begins with a check-in regarding the past sessions assignments, how you met the weeks challenges, and any new insights/discoveries you’ve made. • Then we determine the approach for the rest of your session: what type of hypnosis or skill development will be most helpful for your current needs/goals. • You’ll go home from each session with growing a awareness, and a developing skill-set to free yourself from limiting habits and emotional blocks, to create your lifes purpose with joy and balance!
