Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Cracked iPhone screens and LCDs. iPhone 4 & 4S power buttons are also very common.

Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.

A. The last three jobs that I completed were a new front glass for a cracked iPhone 4S, a new battery for an iPhone 3GS, and a new glass for an iPod Nano 6th Gen. The iPod Nano screen was a special order and was a very fun repair given the small size of the device. It always amazes me how Apple can fit so much inside such a small space and still build devices so amazingly strong with unparalleled build quality.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure all work comes with a 30 warranty and that the repair facility uses quality parts from reputable suppliers. Feel comfortable with the person that will be repairing your device. Use a company that is registered with the State and is not just someone out to make a quick buck using low quality parts.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. All work comes with a 60 day warranty. I am open and honest with my customers and always want to make sure they leave happy and satisfied with the work they had performed.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I have a degree in Electrical Engineering and am a bit of a geek when it comes to gadgets and technology. I am an avid Apple user and follow the latest technology blogs. I've always been interested in how things work, especially gadgets. I can now proudly use all of these skills and passions in my iPhone repair business!
