Haas Landscaping recently did a new patio in our backyard and we couldn’t be happier. Zeke the owner was very helpful in planning the layout of the patio and helping us pick out the stone. Zeke also went out of his way to always check in with us throughout the project. I personal enjoyed coming home from work and Zeke showing me the daily progress. Haas workers were professional at all times. Haas workers are very skilled and did a fantastic job throughout. We have two young kids/sponges so that’s a huge deal whenever we have work done. Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We specialize in Patio Paver Systems and Retaining Walls. A typical job would consist of designing, excavating, and then building a new wall or patio.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Customers should have a good idea of what they want to do with their yard. An idea of what the finished product will look like. As well as an idea of how much they are willing to spend.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. The aspect of landscaping I enjoy the most is the gratification of seeing something come to life. The joy of watching a project come together and knowing what it looked like before you began.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Landscaping is something I have been doing since i was a sophomore in High School. When I got done with college I decided that i wanted to do something with my hands that allowed me to work outside. Landscaping was a natural answer since I had the experience and really enjoy the work.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Over the past two winters i have been to the lawn and garden show and participated in the Versa-lok training seminar. Which offers great refreshers for new products or variation in the trade.
Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. We as a company are currently working on efficiencies. In this business materials and labor are very similar across the industry. So, we are working on becoming more efficient in all aspects during the job.
