Therapeutic Massage:
Enjoy a deep relaxing massage in a very warm room and environment.
I use broad deep stokes with my palm and forearms. I also use hot packs to warm up the back while I work on the legs and feet. This massage is very gentle and soothing. A great way to be rejuvenated when feeling a tired of stressed.
Sports Massage:
This massage is a little more intense with pressure point work and some stripping of muscles to break up adhesions
.
I use stretching, hot packs, broad deep pressure combined with pressure point work. I work deep and slow so that you're not sore after the massage.
One hour massage is for $60.00 with special discount for 2 massages or more per month. I have over 20 years experience.
