Our on-site professional event coordinator services include, but are not limited to:
* Weddings
* Rehearsal dinners
* Receptions
* Bridal/Baby showers
* Bachelor/Bachelorette parties
* Holiday celebrations
* Birthday parties

* Dinner parties
* Family reunions
* Single again soirées
* Girls night
* Tea parties
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Ensure all details and problems are taken care of with caterers, services, DJs, tents, locations, etc.
* Carry an emergency bag consisting of important items that you may need throughout the day
* Field messages throughout the day so you aren't interrupted for every little thing
* Keep track of the pictures taken by the photographer and assist photographer with details
* Transport flowers, gifts, food, beverages, decorations and other items
* Handle any last-minute emergencies, things that need to be done, fixed or smoothed over
* Pay vendors at the end of the evening from the appropriate party (prepared in advance)
* Attend rehearsal dinner to meet family and wedding party so we may explain our services
* Keep you on schedule, help transport your gown, and help you dress
