Working as a writer in this field, I am continuously doing research about various topics from raw foods to female menstruation & spirituality. I keep up with all of the new research available in regards to these and other health related topics and I follow fellow bloggers and health activists online.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
In my quest to be healthy and rid myself of debilitating food allergies, I discovered raw vegan foods. While, I do not maintain a 100% raw food diet these days, I still love preparing raw meals and desserts as part of a wholesome and nutritious diet.
