Kristi was so kind and professional. She was easy to her ahold of, and had excellent communication. On top of that, she did a fantastic job cleaning my basement!!! I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family! I’ll be using Kristi again when I need help taking down my Christmas decor this year!

This review is for communication and commitment but not for the work. The service was canceled due to Ms Baune’s lack of commitment to time to be at site and the inconsistency quoting number of hours for the job to be completed. Issues: *# HOURS: Day 1: 15-20 hours was originally quoted for the house. Day 2: After added pictures for the garage, it was quoted 10 hours for the house AND the garage. Hours later, it was 10 hours for the garage. Maybe it was a miscommunication. *TIME: Day 1: Unable to work due to an event Day 2: Unable to work due to illness. Job was canceled 2 hours before job to begin. Days and time were rescheduled but Ms. Baune is willing to show for 2 days with a total of 7 hours which she admit will leave unfinished work. There are 8 days available and time she can choose from between Dec 27-Jan 6 but can only commit to 2 days; 3-hour and a 4-hour blocks. She has more hours opened posted on Thumbtack. My advice, stick with your posted operating hours. No one wants to hire someone to do half of the work. If you can get all of this worked out, maybe she will do great work.
