Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Find someone you can trust that will work with your vision and take it to a new level, rather than a cookie-cutter approach.

The people we've worked are amazed by how we tailored our approach and results to their needs. We have the flexibility to treat each assignment or project as unique... which is why we love our work.

Everything is special, different and new... allowing us to apply our years of experience and leveraging our specialized equipment to delight our customers.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. It's a good idea to have a shared understanding of what will be done and what will be delivered. We've heard horror stories of people who thought they were getting, only to find out that time and/or materials were add-ons.

We realize that scheduled don't always go as planned, but a good plan is a place to start. We prepared detailed shooting plans, reviewing everything with the client, but then our creativity and agility kicks-in.

Because we're not slaves to a large corporate structure, we're flexible to respond as needed to changing conditions or opportunities that arise. Often, the things that weren't planned, are some of the best shots!

Understand what you're getting, but get someone who's flexible without dinging you at every turn.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Does the provider come in and ask you what you're looking for, or do they come in and say here's what you have to choose from?

What is your experience? Do you have the right equipment to accomplish the task (or, are they going out to rent it)? Who are the people we'll work with (are you the person, or is it someone you've never met)?

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We love the diversity of our work... it's taken us around the world (literally), to interesting businesses and into people's homes. No two shoots are alike, yet our experience and talents can be applied in every situation.

We've seen things we could have never dreamed about, met amazing people and shared those through photo/video.

Unlike other photographers or video producers with canned approaches... we're flexible to do assignments we're interested in and that we know we'll do a great job with... and enjoy it too!
