We are a family-owned company that has been in business for 27 years and have decades of experience in single-family and multi-family residential retrofit.

If you have a leaky faucet, we can help you. If you need a new water heater, we can help you there too. If you have a boiler that needs to be replaced or want an electrical upgrade from fuses to breakers, we can do that as well.

Our services range from small fix-it jobs to large-scale multi-family projects. Pricing is competitive, and we are licensed, bonded and insured.

We are a union shop and have licenses to work in Minneapolis and St. Paul.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Our most common types of single family jobs are furnace, air conditioning and water heater repair and replacement.

We also do plumbing and electric work.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are you licensed, bonded and insured? Qualifying questions that ensure the person or business you will potentially hire is a good fit to your project. Can they handle the size? Is your project too small or too large for them?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our mission is to provide the best possible service to our customers at an affordable price. We truly operate with the best interest of our customer in mind.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The feeling when a customer is truly satisfied. When they feel that there isn't a thing that we could have done better.

Helping people brings a lot of satisfaction to what we do.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Do I really need a tune up every year on my furance and air conditioner?

Most manufacturers actually do require the equipment to be serviced once a year to honor any warranty. In addition, it keeps your home comfortable. It is an investment to help prolong the life of your equipment.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Our service technicians and other staff keep up to date on current equipment and new technologies by attending many different forms of continuion education.

Manufacturers offer classes, some forms of education are required for various licenses and certifications that we have.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. We recently finished a HVAC project on a whole house rehab. The work included installing all new ductwork, new furnace and AC. Some additional work was performed on gas lines and some venting. The whole project took a little over two months; our portion of the work took a little less than a week. This project was billed at just under $10,000.
