Introduction: My Reiki practice is housed within a holistic health clinic, Wellness Minneapolis. In addition to Reiki, clients have the ability to tap into the benefits of Wellness Minneapolis including naturopathic medicine, health and nutrition, acupuncture, therapy, massage and shiatsu. I believe that all health is connected to the stories held within the body. Reiki is a self care practice that provides deep relaxation and when the body relaxes in a safe and loving setting, you're able to tap into deep awareness and healing. I love the power and connection of touch. I enjoy working with clients who have questions and are seeking to empower themselves to be healers of their mental, physical, and emotional states. I love it when clients come seeking some specific type of healing and then realize that whatever they are experiencing is tied to something deeper or greater within themselves. This realization sparks a healing journey.
