FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated at all. I sell single sessions, and packages of 3, 6 or 12 sessions in 30 or 60 minute blocks. The price per session goes down as the number of sessions in the package goes up. 12 session packages are the best value for the money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask a bunch of questions....about health history, exercise history, the client's approach to food/eating behavior, etc. I also like to find out what will light a client up and make them curious about different types of movement. I use music, a variety of fitness "toys", and several basic movement assessments to get the ball rolling. Once I observe a client in several simple exercises, we can make any corrections in body mechanics and alignment, and then start adding exercise "layers" to each exercise. I really enjoy showing people just exactly what they are capable of with a little encouragement and education.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
love attending conferences. When I can't do that, I reference my Industry magazines for the latest/greatest research and trends.
