Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Weddings, Holiday Parties, Corporate Gatherings, BBQ's, Groundbreaking/Grandopening, Private Parties.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Shop around. Go with the caterer that makes you feel most comforatable. The caterer should always take your opinion and desires (no matter how small the detail) into condisideration, after all - it is your event - we are there to enhance it!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Premier Catering staff are very passionate about what we do. When catering an event we will spend a great deal of time planning out how we can best execute each event, and enhance each menu to really wow the crowd. We strive to make you as the host proud to have hired Premier Catering!

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. We have the means to create any event. We have successfully put together large events of 3,000 people, with entertainers, tents, tables, chairs, valet service, flowers, stage and presentation supply, registration (rsvp service), and more! We can also do an inimate in home dinner, with wonderful presentation and a strong "wow-factor".

A. We have a very personalized service that will leave you feeling comforatble as you enter the day of your event that Premier Catering will take care of everything with class, quality, and ease.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Working with a client from start to finish and striving to leave each client extremely satisfied with our service. We love nothing more than hearing from a client several days after an event because they are so happy as they continue to hear complements about the catering from their guests!

A. Can we taste the food? Of course!
Do you provide linens, decor, flowers, event planning, etc? Yes, whatever you need!

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. We have received several standing ovations from our food and service. Each one of our events leads to referrals. Our company has been built through referrals, we have yet to have to invest in marketing - we think that says a lot about our food and service!

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. We sincerely care about each event we produce, no matter what the event may be! Each event is as important to us as the last, and the upcoming.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. We have a team of very talented chefs! Between our chef's talent and the event directing skills here at Premier Catering, we are a very strong catering company!

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. We are very proud of all of our weddings as we have helped many brides, grooms, their families and guests enjoy the evening and provide for them a memorable meal, environment, and service!

We also just put on a groundbreaking event for 3000 guests. Premier Catering and Event Planning took care of every last details for this event. Tents, tables, chairs, linens, flowers, entertainment, stage and presentation supply, registration and RSVP's, valet service/shuttle service, and more! The VP and President of the company approached us with nothing but compliments mentioning we made them look like the billion dollar company they are!

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Serve-safe, food-show's, MPI, and general networking.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. We are always analyzing the way we do things to make sure we are executing everything with the most potential for growth and success.
