Introduction: Trainer Chad is dedicated to in-home fitness training. I also train clients in corporate or residential fitness centers as well as in my own in-home studio located in Maple Grove, MN.
As a personal trainer, my professional interest and personal obsession is fat loss and muscle building. As it happens, fat loss and muscle building are closely related. I am a student to these subjects, and I experiment with and prove new ideas on myself first before trying them on my clients.
Along the way, I have learned the importance of nutrition. I know how to help you get stronger, leaner, and healthier. No matter where you are now, I can guide your nutrition, strength training, and cardio in perfect balance to help you change your body.
Clients love that I use progressive overload. This means that each session builds in difficulty over time. I would never kill a new client with weights so heavy that they are out of control. Safe lifting is about controlled movement.
Clients also love that I am an active isolated stretching specialist and can address muscle tensions as needed during a session. Some clients schedule exclusive stretching time on my table.
