We do residential and commercial plumbing including water heaters, water softeners, plumbing repairs, plumbing installations, RPZ backflow preventer testing and repairs, bathroom and kitchen remodels and more.
We also have a Hardware Hank hardware store located in Maple Grove that has hundreds of hard-to-find plumbing parts. Our store also does small engine repair, window and screen repair, key cutting, sharpening services, small equipment and tool rental, and more.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Look to hire a professional licensed plumber only. There are plenty of people out there claiming to be a plumber that know just enough to get themselves and you into trouble. Make sure that the person you hire with your hard earned dollars is going to do it right the first time by checking to make sure if they are licensed.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. That you can't trade off price for experience. That there are plenty of jobs out there that your average homeowner can do themselves with a little help. However, there are plenty other jobs that should be left to a professional and not a handyman. For those jobs that you are willing to try yourselves, go ask a professional for help and advice.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask if they are a licensed, bonded and insured in their trade. They should also do their homework when it comes to how highly rated a company is. Look online to find the most reputable business. Look on Google, Angie's List, Yelp or other such web based rating services.
Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.
A. We charge $155 for the first 1/2 hour and $80 per half hour thereafter. We do have a few jobs that we flat rate like water heaters and water softeners so we will give a more specific price for those jobs. It is difficult for us to estimate a job over the phone but we will do our best. We also will do free estimates for certain jobs so ask about that in your job request.
Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. Our greatest strength is quality of service and reliability. We pride ourselves in providing quality service and doing the job right the first time. We have been in this business for over 85 years and we think that we've been around this long for a reason. You don't hang around that long unless you're doing something right.
