What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $155 for the first 1/2 hour and $80 per half hour thereafter. We do have a few jobs that we flat rate like water heaters and water softeners so we will give a more specific price for those jobs. It is difficult for us to estimate a job over the phone but we will do our best. We also will do free estimates for certain jobs so ask about that in your job request.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look to hire a professional licensed plumber only. There are plenty of people out there claiming to be a plumber that know just enough to get themselves and you into trouble. Make sure that the person you hire with your hard earned dollars is going to do it right the first time by checking to make sure if they are licensed.
