- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing based on square footage, tile size, natural stone, ceramic, porcelain, glass, or mosaic. Also, how many intricate cuts there are as well as a flat fee for grouting. Ask me about discounts on purchasing tile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: I start by going out to the job site to meet the homeowner, take some measurements, and talk about the homeowners needs/wants for their project. Step 2: If tile is not purchased, I can recommend design ideas based on homeowner needs/wants. If tile is purchased; I work up some numbers and send an estimate. Step 3: If chosen as your Professional Tile Setter: we will figure out a date and time frame that works for both of us.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started off as a Tile Sales/Design consultant back in 2015. Worked in the sales field on and off for a few years. I’ve designed hundreds of bathrooms and backsplashes for people who simply want an upgrade in their living spaces. Believe it when I tell you, a new space promotes a healthier and positive attitude when it comes to everyday life. When I realized that, is when I decided to get into the field, hands on.
