Derek wasn't able to fix my problem even though he tried everything he could including ordering a new motherboard. I ended up buying a new computer and Derek helped me set it up by coming over to my home.

My web browsers were not working. Derek offered to either come to me or try to work it out over the phone. We set up an appointment for 7:00 that evening. In the mean time a friend of mine called me and the subject of the computer came up. This person is the person who built the laptop for me. I had just installed McAfee Total Protection and the laptop ran fine for 2 days. I told him that I was willing to uninstall McAfee and give it a test run. That was the answer;some sort or conflict. I called Derek back and he understood perfectly that I was cancelling the appointment so as not to waste his time. He offered any future help that I may need. I would call him again if need be.

As seniors we rely on Tech Doctors ( Derek) for many of our computer needs. Derek is available for a consult is that is what we need and he is available for to actually "fix" things if that is the case. Derek is knowledgeable and we always learn something from him about the computer. His fees are modest and in keeping with the norm. As seniors we have come to rely on Tech Doctors (Derek) for our computer needs and we have been most satisfied with the service we have received. Derek is knowledgeable, his fees are modest and we always learn something about our computer from Derek. We hold Tech Doctors in high regard and we recommend this service to others.

Derek was very efficient and pleasant. He scheduled his time so that it did not take a lot of extra time, which was what I asked of him. He gave good advice and fixed the problems. I am very satisfied with his service.

Got myself into a bit of a jam/scam and called The Tech Doctors for help. Derek, specifically, was prompt in his response. He listened and asked a few more clarifying questions and said he could definitely help. This was a same-day response, mind you. Derek was professional,. Talked in layman's terms, not techy terms. He was able to remote into my system and fix up my issues so I didn't have to leave my house! My original issue was resolved but ran in to another issue and Derek was quick to resolve that issue as well. Derek gave me some good advice on anitvirus and malware software. Definitely reasonable pricing for the help I got!!! Recommend the Tech Doctors when you have computer issues. Stay local!!!! Kathie B, Altura MN
