Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. While computer and technical service can encompass lots of different kinds of problems the most common issue we take care of is virus removal. People get infected and we go in and destroy the virus or malware without wiping the system.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. When highering an IT or computer repair company make sure they are legit and not just someone doing it for extra cash. Its harder to make certain your getting quality service from a person just doing it for extra money that doesn't have a business registered etc.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Be wary of companies that advertise hourly rates in the end you may end up paying more then you expected if you didn't see that it was hourly thats why we offer flat rates for most things.

A. We get someone out same day and get your problem fixed and you back up and running!

Watch the websites you visit, don't open email attachments from sources you don't know, make sure if your downloading to download from legitimate sources.

A. Even it professionals come against problems that take some time. Even the best don't always wave there hands and boom fixed. Although most time us Techwarriors do.
