- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do mostly business lunches. I have catered 5 weddings, countless family gatherings/picnics, church events and held fundraisers in my store. We own a smoker trailer so we have even been hired to smoke and serve on-site for a 75th birthday party. We set up the buffet line so the flow of people is smooth. All containers are disposable so there is nothing left for me to pick up or for you to drop off.
