- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically unless you know exactly what is wrong we will do a $45 diagnostic. This will grantee that the fix will be to the problem. The nice part about this fee is it is deducted from the actual repair. So we can guarantee that we are going to fix it right with no additional charge. If you think the HDD is bad but its actually the motherboard you might save yourself hundreds of dollars.
