- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service fees are based on the complexity of individual tax returns. Our cheapest price of $40.00 applies to students and Form 1040EZ type simple tax returns. That said, we do offer a 10% discount for first time clients on their final bill.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer our clients two options: an in-person appointment at our office, which they can schedule through our website or by calling or texting us, or they can do it all from the comfort of their home by submitting their documents online and utilizing their secured client portal dashboard on our website. They can also do both - there's no hard rule as to which way to go about this and whatever works for our clients also works for us as we are super flexible to accommodate our clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm an Accountant and a Computer Technologist by training with a B.A and A.S degree and an active CPA license.
