Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. In order- Window replacement, Inserts, full frame/ new construction, finish trim, exterior aluminum work, siding, gutters, interior painting, roofing and etc.

A. If you have the time do some research, at the minimum check them out at the BBB. (where we have an "A" rating)

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. How it is quite a bit less expensive than it has to be. Without huge over head and salesmen/ women up selling everything these projects can cost you a lot less than expected.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. There all my favorite. Just kidding, a family had all of there relatives coming for to stay with them for the holiday season and wanted to impress them by having all of there windows and new finish trim done, well they called a bit late to get this done in time but we were able to put a rush on things and ordered and completed the project within two weeks just beating the family in route by one day. They were very excited when they realized we could do all of this in the winter and also not have to lift one finger when it came to clean up.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That a project with right company can be completed with little to no time invested by the home owner, if they so choose to. We can be in and out with out you virtually even knowing we were there.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Many years of personally working in the field and getting to know the industry from head to toe as if it were one of my best friends.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. #1 A family had been ripped off by several other contractors which did everything incorrect and we were able to come in and re-do all of their work that had been done (widows, drywall, insulation sub-floor and painting). We were then able to testify in court in an effort to help the family get there money back from the previous contracts.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes there are several continuing ed classes that we attend every year, from energy saving products down to lead abatement.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. We did 32 windows for a house in Minneapolis that had lead paint in it and we went in did lead safe work practices and completed the job in just under three weeks from day of order. It took actually 4 days of on site work and the cost was roughly $10,000- $11,000
