FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge for our services per pound due to the fact we cannot account for unseen voids underneath the concrete. Our estimate is just that, an estimate. If the project total ends up being more than anticipated, we contact you for approval before going over our estimated price (pounds). Our job minimum is 500$. The average job is about 1000$. We offer free estimates and a 2.5% discount for on-site cash and check payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First things first, one of our estimators will meet with customers at the location of their project. Estimates are 100% free and usually entail the estimator taking a few pictures, measurements, and most importantly explaining our process and answering any questions. After the estimate, customers will be sent a quote via email and be required to sign a project agreement before being scheduled to have their work completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Company leadership has engaged in multiple training sessions / seminars with the nation's leading authority in concrete raising as well as multiple years of first hand experience lifting concrete. All Lift Technicians are required to have 3 months of experience in on job training before being responsible for any lifts.
