The biofeedback sessions are 1 hour in length and are held in a relaxing environment. The client can recline on a massage table or sit in a chair. 5 rubber straps are used to transmit the energy frequencies from the biofeedback device to the client. Two straps are placed around the wrists, two around the ankles and one around the forehead. For children or adults who rather not have the straps on, there is a fleece blanket attachment that serves to transmit the frequencies. The client can wrap the blanket around the body.
