- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are competitive. (If you're looking for cheap entertainment... we're not it!) :o) We are more than some and less than others, and the feedback we get over and over again is that in terms of quality, customer service, talent, reliability and energy, it's worth every penny! (And it's why most of our customers re-book us!) And it's why we've been named "Best Entertainment" in the Twin Cities over and over again!!!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Anyone can set up a website, so we recommend that you talk to anyone you're considering inviting to your special event! You aren't ordering pizza off of a menu. You're hiring entertainment to interact with the most important people in your life. Make sure you reach a live person who can share what they do and send samples of their work. If you cannot reach them by telephone, you may have no idea how they interact with people. We love talking to our customers. But that's not all...At A Touch of Magic, we let you TRY BEFORE YOU BUY!
