I have been an ACSM Certified Health and Fitness Specialist (ACSM HFS) since 1999. I have a 10-session signature program where we test, focus on mechanics, introduce endurance training as well as strength training.
If you are a professional athlete, have a medical condition, or have never exercised before, I can help you achieve and maintain the results you want. If you want to train more than the initial 10 sessions, then it is up to you to tell me what you want to focus on whether it be an endurance event, body weight, flexibility, etc. The day you want to stop improving is the day we stop training.
I am licensed in massage therapy (LMT) since 2002. I do a type of bodywork named Myoskeletal Alignment. Go to erikdalton.com to see the most advanced bodywork today as taught by Dr. Rik Dalton. I have many testimonials on my genbook page. Go to genbook's website and go to the "reviews" section or schedule online.
I am a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP) since 2010. I help you with reducing pain, inflammation, increasing joint movement, reducing muscular imbalance, improve your athletic performance, and many medical conditions. Visit the Kinesio taping section on my website to learn more!
I bill insurance companies directly for motor vehicle accident and workman's compensation claims. Just bring in your doctor's referral or have it faxed to me and bring in your insurance information to get the care you need now.
