Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. It's most exciting when it's never the same!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I have a lot of experience, and work very hard to create the keepsake that best fits your budget and style. I work with anything you give me, make everything fit together well, and can accommodate schedules and timelines. Again, everything is handmade, something you don't often find in the business of scrapbooking today - where everything is digital and impersonal.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love meeting and working with new people and existing clients. Every project is new and different, and I very much enjoy being a part of people's lives! By allowing me to create their keepsake, people are letting me into some of their most intimate life moments, and it's such an honor!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. "Can you incorporate this (personal item, card, etc.) into my book?"
-Yes I can!
"Have you ever done a book like this before?"
-Probably not, because every book is different and special; but that's a good thing!
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. Every story is my favorite because every story is so incredible and personal. I always fall in love with my work, and with the stories that inspire the keepsakes!
