I've worked with Dan for several months taking classical guitar lessons and have really enjoyed it. He's a good patient teacher and works hard to help you learn the type of music you want to.
    Highly recommended!

I'm 29 and decided to take lessons from Dan just for fun. I've been taking lessons for 9 months now, and I have to say he is an amazing teacher. I like how he designed his lessons around the type of songs I wanted to learn.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. My advice to prospective students is to find a teacher who you connect with and makes music fun so practicing can be something you look forward to.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. A student's most valuable assets are no secret at all - lots of practice and a love of music! It seems like many people believe music requires a lot of natural talent but I believe anyone can develop into a musician with hard work and a desire to attain their goals.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Ask what kind of music they play, how much experience they have teaching - kids and adults - and ask why they choose to teach.
