I wish I could give these guys 100 stars. They came into my project, doing work that I couldn’t find others willing to do, showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, problem solved in the spot and then came in under budget. They are delightful to be around and I never worried for one second about leaving my 80 year old mother at home while they worked. I was sooooo *done* with the repairs that needed to be completed and they came in and just took care of business. Honestly, I can’t recommend them HIGHER. Call these guys - they’ll get the job done.

I had Devin and Aaron redo my demo and replace my kitchen cabinets, countertop and breakfast-bar area in my St. Paul rental property.
These guys are responsive, reliable, affordable, and do high quality work.
Owning multiple rental properties in Minneapolis and St. Paul, I've gotten my fair share of project estimates and worked with all sorts of contractors. In my experience, Rental Renovation's reliability, quality and value for money can't be beat....it's hard to find all three of those in one!
I had a tight turnaround on my unit to get this kitchen turned around. The tenant moved out Friday morning, Devin was there that same morning as promised to start demo, and the kitchen was done and tenant ready by Monday.
In addition to the coming through in a pinch for me, they were also flexible. Originally they had bid assembly on an IKEA kitchen...when supply change issues prompted a last minute switch to a Home Depot off-the-shelf substitute and a new cabinet configuration, all they said was "No Problem - we'll get it done."

Devin and Aaron were awesome! They’re genuinely good people who actually know what they’re doing. They redid almost an entire kitchen I needed done and I absolutely loved the results. They even finished early and paid attention to every detail. 5/5, would recommend!!
