- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As with any thing in this world, people get exactly what they pay for ~ Lionheart will never be the cheapest stager, because we are a legitimate company with offices, a warehouse, in-house movers, company vehicles, employees, inventory, etc. Our pricing reflects our years of experience and our high quality stages. We never submit low-ball quotes as it tarnishes the professional staging industry. Our value is found in our quality and not our cheap prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
STEP ONE: visit our website's (lionheartstaging.com) and click on the "FREE ESTIMATE" button to submit basic information. STEP TWO: within 24 hours, Lionheart will submit a price range of the project that you described. STEP THREE: if the price range fits within your budget, then a specific quote will be emailed to you. STEP FOUR: to schedule staging, submit a Vacant Order Form from our website. Once a date is coordinated, a staging confirmation is emailed to you. STEP FIVE: Lionheart stages then has a professional photographer shoot the project. Within 1 business day, the photos are sent to you and your listing agent. Ordering is easy and can be accomplished from your cell phone from any part of the world.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of Lionheart's stagers are professionally trained in proper Interior Design rules, the most recent home staging trends, as well as Lionheart's unique approach to staging. We require this training, so staging designs are not just a matter of opinion; moreover, it is based in proper rules.
