- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a regular client, we bill by the job. To begin, we provide an estimate for the cost of regular services and provide a firm price after the initial cleaning, with the initial cleaning not to exceed the estimate, we don't want any surprises for our clients. After the firm bid is provided the price will be the same for every regular cleaning moving forward, even if it takes us a little longer sometimes. We want to provide a quality service with a pricing system our clients can be confident in. - One-time jobs are billed by the hour.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The majority of our clients are on a regular cleaning cycle (monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly) but we also do one time cleanings for a variety of occasions. At the end of the day, we are here to meet your needs and this includes making a schedule that fits you.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Inviting someone into your home is a very important decision, which is why we understand our clients who are cautious about the service professionals they hire. This is why we have current conducted,clear background checks, because it is important for us to insure that our clients feel comfortable.
