- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a one hour free in-person consult so I can see the space that a client wants to change. I will ask questions about the client’s hopes for the space, how the area will be used, current furniture, paint colors and of course budget. Once I understand the clients wants I typically develop mood/design boards for each space. These are presented to the client and modified as needed as we work together to develop and plan to get to the final result.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am self taught and driven by a passion for design and customer satisfaction. I recently retired from a long career in medical sales. I’ve helped friends and family update their homes for several years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Families, couples & singles. Single family homes, condos and apartments. New construction and existing homes.
