No complaints working with Loons Cleaning... hired them to clean my apartment to prep for moving out. They came in as the lowest bid of 6 by about 25 bucks. They were a little hard to get ahold of at first, but I was able to schedule a time after a few phone calls with Francisco who was very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning crew was on time, had no problem handling special requests to clean the my oven and refrigerator, and I was pleased with the results. Would not hesitate to use again, especially for the price. Thanks!

I was away for the winter and required a deep cleaning service, so I selected Loons Cleaning since their quote was very reasonable. Two cleaners came and they completed the cleaning in two hours. The cleaners are very punctual and very professional. I am satisfied and would definitely use them again.

Loons Cleaning did an excellent job. We scheduled our first cleaning on short notice; they came in and did an outstanding job - exceeding our expectations on the level of detail. Besides the norm (dusting, bathrooms, floors), they made beds and emptied trash. Their cleaning products are excellent; our house smelled fresh and clean, without the 'chemical' smell. We recently signed up to be on a regular cleaning schedule!

What types of customers have you worked with?
Residential & Commercial Cleaning. Service: Weekly, every other week, once a month, occasional, move-in, move-out and seasonal cleaning service. We use top brand Earth friendly products, HEPA compliant vacuums. We also offer Ultra-violet bed and furniture cleaning and customized scenting services upon request. We are a small business, owner operated, established in 2008. Our office is located in Apple Valley, MN.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do not hire cleaning service just based on the price. You will get what you pay for... Having a cleaning person is very good, but having a formal business behind the people cleaning your house is much better and at Loons Professional Cleaning we make it affordable. We can ensure it will be like having a cleaning person, but better!
