Recommend 100%. Gavin was absolutely top-self. Great communication. Terrific work. Considerate, punctual, and fair. We had a tight timeline and needed a quick turnaround, and Hecht's made a special trip at the end of the day Friday to make it happen. Told us about some additional areas in the brickwork to keep an eye on in the years to come...great customer education and fantastic experience. Our home is 100% brick and custom masonry - and I will give Hecht's all of our business from now on.

We contacted Gavin because the house we just bought had a deteriorating brick wall that we wanted to repair. When he came out to do the estimate, we were really impressed with how thorough he was. In addition to addressing our immediate concern, he also identified areas with our brick chimney that would have been problematic if left unaddressed. We didn’t have to wait long for him to start the project. He was very respectful of the property and very professional.
