Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Most professional sales training seminars cost between $1,500 and $2,000 per person. Minnesota Sales Training has one low flat fee of $2,000/day (plus expenses) and will train as many employees as the client can accomodate in their training facilities. Since 1973 we have provided quality sales training, staff motivation, call center training, management & supervision, incentive program development, and much more.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. As a retired United States Army First Sergeant (1966-1995) and a former member of the National Speaker's Association and the International Platform Association; I am fortunate to have the skill sets to deliver training in a fun, yet motivational way, to sales people looking for someone to challenge them to higher expectations. They appreciate someone telling them to step out of their comfort zone. Salespeople are merely doing what others refuse to do!
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Why such a low fee....what if we are not satisfied?
ANSWER: At the conclusion of all my seminars, I have the attendees fill out an anonymous EVALUATION. Once they are collected, I hand them to the person that hired me. They have two choices: If the Evaluations are positive..then they hand me the check. If they are not, then I expect a copy of the Evaluations for validation. Since 1973, I have never received the Evaluations in lieu of payment.

I've worked with Larry on and off the last 10 years and there are few who I respect more and have learned more from than Larry Josephs.
