Finding the best possible care for our kids is one of the most difficult things we have to do as parents. Hosting an au pair is a flexible and affordable childcare option that will give you the peace of mind you never thought possible.
Au pairs can provide up to 45 hours a week of in-home care and personalized child supervision. They can also assist with other child-related duties such as laundry, meals, light housekeeping and driving, in addition to providing a unique cultural exchange experience for the whole family.
The cost is $340 a week/$8.5 per hour total regardless of the number of children you have.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Through my own experience as a former au pair and now a parent, I can relate to both host families and au pairs on their expectations about the program. I am passionate about my job and promoting cultural exchange in my community.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love the interaction with families and au pairs and being able to assist them in meeting their needs. I enjoy getting to know the families and their needs for childcare and how our program can be a wonderful option. I also love meeting new au pairs from many different countries and backgrounds, learning from them, and making their experience as an au pair the best one of their lives.
